Star Anise is a common blending ingredient for tea. A small amount will add a delicious licorice flavour. It is commonly used in Christmas blends. This tisane can be enjoyed on its own as well. Caffeine-free.
Preparation: Use 1 tsp/2g per cup, add boiling water, and steep for 3-7 minutes
