I had been ordering from the Tea Haus for years. I was upset that they removed the free shipping on orders over a certain amount. So I went to another supplier that still had that. Unfortunately, their selection wasn't as good and prices higher, so I came back to these great folks. Taking into account the prices vs. shipping costs, it works out the same or better to stick with the Tea Haus. It's the only company where I can find decaf Earl Grey tea!

Why Go Anywhere Else for Perfect Tea and Service???

As an Avid Green Tea drinker I cannot speak highly enough of the Excellent Products and Service I receive from this amazing Company!

Most times I have the Tea delivered to my home on Wed and Saturdays and the Service is Seamless, the Product delicious, and the handwritten note always appreciated.

These Folks are 5 Star and have my total Brand Loyalty. I am so Grateful that London has such a Great Company in our Midst.

I’m impressed!

I am so impressed with my visits to The Tea House.
But, I was informed of another way to get my tea. I could order online, or because I’m a local, I can receive a delivery!
I ordered several teas and was treated with patience when I had to change a couple of orders. I received them on the day as promised. I will be doing this again! I will still go in to see the smiles and enjoy the suggestions. Amazing customer service!

Amazing Selection of Rooibos Teas

Rooibos is my most favourite tea of all teas. It’s a tea that I can drink morning, noon and night as it’s naturally caffeine free. I have been looking for a company that offers different flavours of Rooibos tea and I had found another Canadian company before I found The Tea Haus, but they only had a handful to choose from. The Tea Haus has so many flavours that it was actually hard to decide which ones to try! I managed to narrow it down to 6 and my order was shipped out quickly, arriving in just a few days, with a special touch of a lovely hand written note. I have now tried them all and the free sample they sent. I am absolutely in love with each and every one of them! I will be definitely ordering again when I start to run low. Great selection of all teas and fantastic customer service!

Ginger Sencha

I've been monitoring your site for a re-issue of your 'Green Ginger' tea, so thank you for sending me a sample of Ginger Sencha to try.
I found the Ginger Sencha to be a ginger forward, smooth tea that was perfect for digestive sipping post-meal and late afternoon indulgences. I'm guessing here, but I don't think it's a strong caffeine tea; preferable for afternoons rather than the first drink of the morn. It's lovely and I'm adding it to my next Tea Haus purchase. Thank you for the opportunity to try it!

I LOVE The Tea Haus! They run a wonderful business selling a huge variety of delicious and high quality teas of all types. They provide wonderful service in store - friendly and efficient - and deliver to your home on Wednesdays and Saturdays which I really appreciate! I highly recommend The Tea Haus. I cannot imagine life without my drawer full of tea - haha! :)
