We offer free shipping in Canada (orders over $50; >$75 to territories, Nunavut and US).
Deliveries in London, Ontario are free of charge for all orders over $20.
Our turn around time is 24-48 hours from the time you place the order until it goes out the door. All teas are packaged when your order is received - not days or weeks in advance.
Returns and Re-shipping
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.
We want you to be satisfied with you order from The Tea Haus. If for any reason you are not, please email us or contact us at 519-679-0129, and we will facilitate any returns. Claims need to be submitted within 21 days of receipt of the merchandise.
In the event that a wrong address was stipulated on the order and that as a result the package is returned to The Tea Haus, we will contact you for your correct mailing information. Please note that shipping charges will incur - even if the order initially qualified for free shipping. if you wish to cancel the order instead of re-shipment, we will issue a full refund minus shipping cost.
