Energizer

Ingredients: Apple cubes, lemon grass, lemon balm, spearmint, yerba mate green, ginger, cardamom, turmeric root, lemon myrtle, pepper, calendula
Preparation: 1 tsp/2.2g per cup, add boiling water, and steep for 5-10 minutes

I've stopped drinking caffeine until the afternoon and this is an excellent boost in the morning. Not acidic like some of the black teas and it doesn't upset my stomach if I haven't eaten beforehand. Lovely flavour, look forward to it every day!
