Yerba Mate is tradtionally prepared and served in a hollow calabash gourd. The gourd is often times referred to as "mate". The beverage is served with a metal straw, which is also known as Bombilla.
Please note that the gourd and the bombilla are sold separately. The size of the gourd can vary - please let us know in the comment section during checkout if you prefer a smaller or larger gourd. We will try to match the size you are looking for.
