The word "Shincha" translates to 'new tea' in Japanese. The tea of the first harvest tends to have a milder aroma, compared to second flush Senchas. It is rich in amino acids and catechins. This green tea makes a bright, emerald green infusion with a hint of sweetness. Shincha is a sought after tea, only harvested once a year. Certified Organic.
