A premium Oolong from China and the successor of our Milk Oolong. This Oolong has a smooth, creamy flavour almost vanilla like. Remember to make multiple infusions as oolongs tend to improve in flavour and body in latter infusions.

Flavour not as defined as other brands
I've tried milk oolong from other places so I might have been expecting a bit much when I bought this. The flavour does become more apparent when you've steeped it maybe for the second time but the leaves are not as large as some of the ones I've tried previous so the defined sweet flavour and aftertaste isn't as apparent for the one I bought here. Still a nice tea to try overall.
Bring 1 litre of whole milk (almond milk, soy milk) to a steam on the stove. Crush ½ teaspoon of cardamom seeds (optional) with a mortar and pestle. Add to milk. After you see steam rising from the milk add 10 teaspoons of Masala Chai. Give one stir (don’t stir any more because stirring will release the bitter tannins from the leaves). Remove from heat source, cover and let it steep for at least 5 minutes. Strain, sweeten as desired and enjoy!!
