Slightly larger than a typical kitchen drawer tea spoon; one flat spoonful is a excellent starting point for new and old teas alike. The spoon is a welded two piece design with a clean brazed joint between the bowl and shank of the spoon and made out of non-magnetic stainless steel which has been polished to a near mirror shine. The shank stamped with "1 CUP OF PERFECT TEA"
