Temperature Water temperature: 100⁰C/212⁰F         steeping time    steep for: 5-7 minutes          weight in grams grams per cup: 1.9 g

too much hibiscus

It's an ok tea, but hibiscus make it too fruity. less spicy - which is what I believe chai should be about.

Very hibiscus

The hibiscus is very present and then you fill the warmth from the spices.
Not exactly was I was hoping for, but still good.
