(Mango Mango Rooibos) :
I'm drinking this one right now. I've actually come to the site today to restock on this and the Pear Vanilla Rooibos. I got 50g each for Christmas and loved them both so much I'm back for more.
It tastes just like you expect it would. The fruitiness is lovely. The taste of Mango actually comes through.
As with all my Rooibos from The Tea Haus I use 1 heaping teaspoon per 250ml and let steep for 8-10 minutes. It comes out dark, smooth and very flavourful.
Bring 1 litre of whole milk (almond milk, soy milk) to a steam on the stove. Crush ½ teaspoon of cardamom seeds (optional) with a mortar and pestle. Add to milk. After you see steam rising from the milk add 10 teaspoons of Masala Chai. Give one stir (don’t stir any more because stirring will release the bitter tannins from the leaves). Remove from heat source, cover and let it steep for at least 5 minutes. Strain, sweeten as desired and enjoy!!
