Green Rooibos originates just like red rooibos in South Africa. The only difference lies in its manufacturing process. While red rooibos is bruised and oxidized, green rooibos is treated to avoid oxidation. This leaves the leaves closer to the natural state. While not certified organic, our Rooibos is grown organically. The resulting infusion is lighter bodied and less citric-piney. This rooibos blend with ginger and lemon flavour is light and refreshing.
