Samovar Blend

A rich Ceylon Orange Pekoe that takes a long infusion very well. The leaves tend to be larger compared with other Ceylon teas. Traditionally used in Turkey and other countries that utilize a samovar for the tea preparation. Use 1 tsp/2g per cup, rinse the leaves, add boiling water and steep for 3-10 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste. Enjoy.

Mild and smooth

I steeped this tea while I had a quick shower and when I came out 10-15 minutes later, the tea was just wonderful. It wasn't bitter, but it was very smooth. I always add milk and honey to my black teas and this was no exception. Very happy with this blend as the optional longer steep time works with my forgetful memory.
