A rich Ceylon Orange Pekoe that takes a long infusion very well. The leaves tend to be larger compared with other Ceylon teas. Traditionally used in Turkey and other countries that utilize a samovar for the tea preparation. Make sure you let this tea steep a long time. It won't get bitter and is on the mild side.
Use 1 tsp/2g per cup, rinse the leaves, add boiling water and steep for 5-10 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste. Enjoy.
