Deliveries in London, Ontario are free of charge for all orders over $20. A delivery fee of $3.95 applies to orders below $20.
Apartment Buildings
Please note that we cannot enter apartment buildings to drop-off packages at the door. We are happy to call you and wait for you to get the package after we've left it in your lobby. Contactless delivery.
Cut off times
Orders for delivery placed by Monday at 6 pm will be processed in time for delivery on Wednesday.
Orders placed by Thursday at 6 pm will be processed for delivery on Saturday.
After 6 pm the next delivery day applies.
Special deliveries can be arranged for an extra charge.
In-store pick up
Our turn around time is 24 business hours from the time you place the order until it's ready for pick up.
All teas are packaged when your order is received - not days or weeks in advance.
Missed Deliveries
Missed your delivery? We automatically move the delivery to the next available delivery date.
Carbon Footprint
In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we now have two delivery days: Wednesdays and Saturdays.
