If you’ve been on the hunt for a “healthy” and mild cocktail, this Earl Grey Tea Cocktail has the makings for a laid back Friday evening. The caffeinated tea, the dash of sweet, sticky honey, and the punch of gin, can actually work together to boost your energy. The lavender garnish is not necessary, but highly recommended. Especially if you’re looking for an extra pleasant aroma to complement the satisfying taste.

Earl Grey Cream
A must for the avid Earl Grey tea drinker! Our flavoury Earl Grey mellowed with delicious creamy notes. No real dairy in this one but the natural cream flavour is an excellent accompaniment to the oil of bergamot. An excellent all-day tea with a superb finish.
Chamomile Tequila Sour

Chamomile and tequila are an unlikely pair. When we think of chamomile, we think about curling up on the couch or in bed with a good book and soothing ourselves to sleep. When we think of tequila, it’s quite a different story. Turns out the lime juice, tequila, chamomile, and simple syrup combine to create a mingling of sharp and soft flavours. You would assume the chamomile is upstaged by the stronger shot of tequila, but it really holds its own in this cocktail. If you’re a daytime tea fanatic and nighttime tequila person, try the Chamomile Tequila Sour this weekend for the middle ground.

Spiked Raspberry Sweet Tea

Do you know when your sweet iced tea is just a little bit too sweet? Life and tea are about balance. The natural sweetness of our Iced Dance Blend tisane is a mix of fruity flavours like apple, rosehip, raspberry, elderberry, orange, offset by the spice of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and calendula. A splash of quality vodka only helps with this balancing act. You can add fresh fruits to enhance the flavours of the steeped ones and make sure to emulate the above photo with expert presentation skills. We recommend mason jars, recyclable paper straws, and a sun exposed patio.

But there’s a twist—an orange twist and a plot twist—your sweet tea is spiked with a healthy dose of smokey bourbon. This blissful summer drink has a ton of full bodied flavour like sweet black tea, fresh mint, tangy orange rounds, and the richness of bourbon. Definitely invite friends over and bring out a pitcher of this drink as soon as the sun comes out and the patio is open.
