I always feel like a kid in a candy store when placing my order. The staff is very attentive and pleasant, shipping promptly (even when Annett had to find the specific mugs I requested in the storage room! Ty!!)

My son told me about this company several years ago. He loves the Earl Grey Cream. I’m into green teas and I tried their Jasmine Green. Absolutely love it! I’ve been ordering for him and myself ever since! I love the fast delivery and the free sample with every order. I especially appreciate the personalised postcard sent with every order! Such a lovely touch!

My go-to for decaf teas!

I love Tea Haus teas! And their customer service is amazing. I don't drink caffeine, and Tea Haus has a huge selection of decaffeinated and caffeine-free teas. I live in Toronto and it's very easy to put in a huge online order every few months. The teas are always delivered to my doorstep within a few days, with a sweet thank you note and free sample of a tea I've never tried before. Highly recommend!

Excellent quality, so much choice, attentive customer service

Visiting The Tea Haus has always been a part of my visiting London ON. However having not traveled there recently, I took my chances with an online order. My questions (via email and telephone) prior to ordering were answered promptly, informatively and not without seeming pushy - consistent with my prior in store experiences. I joined forces with a local friend to put in a "buddy order" to save on e.g. packing/postage. The order arrived only a few days after placing it, it was well packed and our order was correct. Why 5*? Because of the knowledgeable pre-sales support, order confirmation and personalized note from the owner - who had picked up on one of us liking herbal teas and the other green - and had included some additional samples. Oh and the a-ma-zing tea. Thank you Team TTH, you rock.
