Mango Iced Tea

(Decaffeinated or regular black tea; Mango Mango Black tea can also be substituted against most of our fruit blends i.e. Strawberry Tea or other regular teas)

1. Bring 1 litre of filtered water to a boil.

2. In a teapot, steep 10 teaspoons of Mango Mango Black Tea for 5 minutes.

3. Fill a jug or container with ice cubes (the jugshould hold 2 litres).

4. Add 1/3 can of frozen white lemonade concentrateto sweeten the iced tea. This will add some zest and just enough sugar.

5. Filter the leaves and pour the hot tea into thejug. Most of the ice will melt and that chills the tea.

6. Pour the iced tea into tall glass and enjoy!!


Iced Green Tea

1. Bring 1 litre of filtered water to approx. 80 degreesCelsius.

2. In a teapot, steep 10 teaspoons of Kyoto Cherry Rose Green Tea for 4 minutes.

3. Fill a jug or container with ice cubes (the jugshould hold 2 litres).

4. Add 3-4 slices of lemon.

5. Add 3-4 tablespoons of maple syrup or liquid canesugar to sweeten.

6. Filter the leaves and pour the hot tea into thejug. Most of the ice will melt and that chills the tea.

7. Pour the iced tea into tall glass and enjoy!!

Iced Chai Tea

1. Bring 0.4 litre of filtered water to a boil.

2. In a teapot, steep 4 teaspoons of Masala Chai overnight. Once the tea has cooled down, place the tea overnight inthe fridge.

3. In the morning, fill a jug or container with icecubes.

4. Filter the leaves and pour the tea into the jug.

5. Add 1.2 l of milk.

6. Add maple syrup or liquid cane sugar as sweetener.

7. Use a blender to crush the ice and blend milk andtea.

6. Pour the iced tea into tall glass and enjoy!!
