This is a classic winter tea drink from Northern Germany. It comes in many variations but most of all...its spiked. As an alternative, you can substitute the black tea with a fruit tea (i.e. Fireside Blend). Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

East Friesen tea
300 ml brown Rum
1 lime or lemon
1 orange
1 stick cinnamon
200g brown rock sugar (kandis)

Preparation:

Prepare 1 litre East Friesen tea (1 litre boiling water, 5 teaspoons East Friesen Tea, steep for 3 minutes). Pour the tea into a pot on the stove. Next, cut the lime and orange in pieces, and add them with the cinnamon. Add the Rum and simmer the mixture for 3-4 minutes. Add 100g brown rock sugar to sweeten. Keep the extra rock sugar as sweetener for individual servings. Serve hot in a tea mug or tea glass. Enjoy!
